A HMA is a non-medical provider that can provide pediatric services that a CNA can provide but can additionally administer medications, perform g- tube feedings, monitor blood sugar levels, and other duties which are beyond a CNA scope of practice. An RN can come to your home for intermittent visits to provide skilled nursing services such as Synagis injections, New or problematic g-tube education and training, Central Line Antibiotics or TPN/Lipids, Feeding or weight gain issues in newborns, oxygen monitoring, wound care, and much more.FINANCIAL RESOURCES
SSI makes monthly payments to people with low income and limited resources who are 65 or older, or blind, or disabled.
Your child, if younger than age 18, can qualify if he or she has a physical or mental condition, or combination of conditions, that meets Social Security’s definition of disability for children, and if his or her income and resources fall within the eligibility limits. LEARN MORE

The Medicaid Buy-In Program for Children with Disabilities lets families of children with a disability who qualify to ‘buy-into’ Colorado Medicaid for that child.
If your child and / or your family earns too much for Colorado Medicaid or Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) your child may qualify. If your child does qualify, you may pay a monthly premium to be in the program.
