Careers

Tender Hearts Home Healthcare strives to be your last employer. With years of experience in the home health industry, the Owner/Administrator evaluated employee pay and benefits for home health employees in our area and determined that there was more that could be done to recruit and retain valuable employees.

Tender Hearts offers paid time off for all part and full time employees, health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer matched 401(k) plan to encourage our employees to feel part of a greater team that in turn provides quality services to our patients. We also want to reward our employees with employee recognition events twice a year, in the summer as well as in December.

We are a small, locally owned agency that takes pride in taking care of our patients but also in taking care of our employees. While growth can be positive, Tender Hearts’ long term strategic plan is for managed growth in order to create a solid foundation for quality patient care and employee satisfaction.

Tender Hearts Home Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
